Quality and Compliance Manager

Since graduating as a student in 2013, I have been able to learn and grow across multiple roles with the organisation – from assistant tutor, tutor and Team Leader, to my current position as Quality and Compliance Manager. It has been extremely rewarding to be a part of positive change around processes, implementing surveys and tutor observations.

As a member of the Quality Assurance Team, I am involved with self-assessment preparation, new processes and templates, and moderation of assessments. I ensure staff know their compliance requirements so that they can continue with their great work supporting our students across the sector. The work I do also provides assessments and materials that help our students not only complete their qualifications, but ultimately gain employment. Small changes in the Quality Team can result in big changes for our students.
